Few executives in American sports bring the depth of experience and big-stage perspective that Vince Cicero delivers to the Cincinnati franchise of the International Arena League.

A veteran sports executive with more than three decades in professional athletics and entertainment, Cicero has built his career helping organizations grow their fan base, commercial reach, and brand identity across multiple major leagues.

Prior to joining the IAL, Cicero served as a key leader with FC Cincinnati, helping guide the club’s partnerships and revenue strategy during one of the most important moments in franchise history: the opening of TQL Stadium, widely regarded as one of the premier soccer-specific stadiums in the United States.

His career spans nearly every major professional sports platform. Cicero has worked within the NBA (Detroit Pistons, Milwaukee Bucks), the NFL (Cincinnati Bengals), MLS (FC Cincinnati), NCAA athletics (Marquette University), international tennis events (Western & Southern Open), endurance sports (IRONMAN), and major entertainment operations with Palace Sports & Entertainment.

Across those organizations he developed expertise in sales, marketing, broadcasting, event operations, and brand development, helping drive both fan engagement and commercial success.

Now leading Cincinnati’s football operations at the executive level, Cicero brings an elite understanding of how to build a franchise that connects with its city. His experience across championship organizations and world-class venues gives Cincinnati a powerful foundation as the team builds its identity within the International Arena League.

Under Cicero’s leadership, Cincinnati aims to become one of the league’s most dynamic franchises, combining professional football with entertainment, community engagement, and long-term growth.
