Jason Allen’s football journey has been defined by competition, leadership, and a commitment to developing the next generation of athletes.
A former collegiate standout and professional arena football player, Allen brings nearly two decades of coaching experience and championship success to the Arizona franchise in the International Arena League.
After his playing career, Allen transitioned into coaching and mentorship, quickly establishing himself as one of the most respected developers of young football talent.
He founded Outside the Box (OTB) Specialty Training, an innovative athlete development organization focused on helping players reach their highest potential both on and off the field. Through OTB, Allen has worked with hundreds of athletes, emphasizing discipline, character, and long-term success beyond sports.
Allen is also the co-founder of Deestroying 1v1s, a widely recognized football competition platform created alongside former UCF punter and YouTube sensation Donald “Deestroying” De La Haye. The platform has become a cultural force in football development, showcasing elite talent and creating new opportunities for emerging athletes.
Over the course of his coaching career, Allen has achieved national championship success at every level he has coached, demonstrating his ability to build winning systems and inspire teams.
Beyond the field, Allen is deeply committed to youth mentorship and leadership development, helping athletes navigate life challenges while preparing them for opportunities in sports and beyond.
As Head Coach of Arizona’s IAL franchise, Allen brings championship leadership, modern football philosophy, and a deep connection to the next generation of players, positioning Arizona as one of the league’s most exciting teams.
