In 2005, I attended my first AFL game. The energy inside the arena was electric. The speed, the scoring, the atmosphere, I could not believe what I was watching.

A few years later, I found myself in the front office with that same team. In 2008, I assisted in one of the largest business turnarounds in AFL history with a legendary franchise in Arizona.

Over the next several years, I traveled across the country working with teams and leagues in indoor and arena football, helping implement a model for sustainable business success.

In 2012, I established an expansion franchise that quickly became one of the top teams in all of indoor football.

During this time, my passion for the sport only grew. However, I also saw firsthand how poor business decisions at the league and team level continued to create instability, leading to teams folding and leagues disappearing.

The fans are the ones who lose the most when instability strikes. They invest emotionally and financially, only to see teams vanish.

That reality led to a clear mission: build a stable league that fans can rely on for generations.
