Keith Hilson brings extensive international coaching and playing experience to the Stuttgart Stallions.

From 2023 to 2025 Hilson served as Defensive Coordinator for the St. Pölten Invaders in Austria where he helped lead the team to the 2023 championship. During that season the defense recorded 33 takeaways in only eight games.

Hilson also served as Head Coach of the Invaders U18 program between 2024 and 2025, focusing on player development and preparing young athletes for high-level competition.

His coaching career includes roles as Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach for the Erding Bulls, Quarterbacks and Defensive Backs Coach for the Munich Rangers, Head Coach of the 1st USA Military & European All-Star Game in 2019, and assistant coach for the Straubing Spiders Juniors.

Hilson also competed internationally as a quarterback for the Luzern Lions in Switzerland in 2018.
