Jason Allen serves as Head Coach of the Arizona Juggernauts and brings a diverse background as both a professional athlete and mentor within the football community.

Allen competed as a collegiate athlete before continuing his career professionally in the Arena Football League. His experience as a player provided a strong foundation for his coaching career and his understanding of the game at multiple levels.

Following his playing career, Allen founded Outside the Box (OTB) Specialty Training, an organization dedicated to developing young athletes and helping them reach their full potential. OTB focuses on both athletic performance and personal development, ensuring athletes receive guidance both on and off the field.

Allen is also co-founder of Deestroying 1v1s, a football competition platform created with YouTube personality and former UCF punter Donald De La Haye, known as Deestroying. The platform showcases high-level football competition and emerging talent while expanding the sport’s reach among younger audiences.

With more than 18 years of coaching experience, Allen has won national titles at every level he has coached. His coaching philosophy emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and holistic athlete development.

Allen now leads the Arizona Juggernauts as Head Coach.
