“Hollywood” Mook Zimmerman serves as Head Coach of the Las Vegas Rockers and brings championship experience and leadership to the franchise.

Originally from Waterbury, Connecticut, Zimmerman played high school football at Sacred Heart before continuing his collegiate career at Anna Maria College after time at Sacred Heart University.

Following college, Zimmerman played professional arena football across North America, South America, and Europe, including time with the Huntington Hammer.

He transitioned into coaching shortly after his playing career and began as defensive coordinator at Sacred Heart High School before becoming Head Coach of the Buffalo Lightning.

Zimmerman later led the Richmond Roughriders, later known as the West Virginia Roughriders, to two undefeated seasons and two league championships. His success earned him APF Coach of the Year honors in 2017 and AAL Coach of the Year honors in 2019.

His coaching career also includes roles with several prominent indoor football organizations including the Iowa Barnstormers as assistant head coach and defensive line coach, the Massachusetts Pirates as linebackers and defensive line coach, and the Tucson Sugar Skulls as defensive line coach. Zimmerman also served as head coach of the Iowa Woo.

Zimmerman brings an impressive 36–10 head coaching record and multiple championships as he leads the Las Vegas Rockers.
