Mr. Mitchell brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial and consulting experience, specializing in sales & marketing. Mr. Mitchell is known for building top level sales and marketing teams 

 From 2007-2012, Mitchell acted as a sales & marketing consultant for sports teams developing and restructuring inside and outside sales teams.  Multiple times his teams led leagues in key revenue categories. In 2012, Tom became expansion franchise owner/operator of an indoor football team, where he was responsible for all facets of building the organization.  Prior to his time in sports, Tom owned and operated multiple call centers across the country and utilized a traveling sales team to resurrect and overhaul struggling call centers. 

Tom is a big fan of Arena League Football & all things Sun Devils. 

Mr.  Cicero  is a seasoned professional with a career spanning over three decades in sports management and event entertainment. Vince will be joining the IAL as the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships overseeing national and team partnerships,  bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to his role.

 Vince brings a wealth of experience across multiple sports and entertainment properties to assist partners.  His vast sales, marketing, broadcasting and special events background spans 30 years and includes work with two NBA franchises (Pistons, Bucks), an NFL team (Bengals), an MLS team (FC Cincinnati), a collegiate institution (Marquette University), an international tennis event (Western & Southern Open), a multi-faceted entertainment property (Palace Sports & Entertainment) and a high profile endurance sport (IRONMAN).  He has opened two stadiums (NFL, MLS), an arena (NBA/Collegiate), led a major venue expansion (Tennis) and managed events ranging from NCAA Basketball Tournaments to an International Tennis Event.   Cicero is poised to make a significant impact at The IAL, driving growth and fostering strong relationships with corporate Partners.

Mr. Tynan is Sports and Entertainment executive with vast experience in marketing and promotions worldwide. Worked on projects with the Super Bowl, Phoenix Suns, Manchester United, Inter Milan, Colorado Rapids, Denver Coed Soccer, Village Voice Media, Comcast Universal, Red Bull, Budweiser, Heineken,  Smirnoff, Jim Beam, Guinness, Kappa, Paul Frank, Cartoon Network, ASU lacrosse, soccer, Ski and Snowboard teams. Jas Attended Arizona State University on a music scholarship where played soccer, served as the Kappa Sigma Fraternity President and founded United Positivity clothing brand.  

Born and raised in Canada, Jas has worked in music, entertainment and sports in 38 countries across the globe.

  Ms. Hooks worked with Tom Mitchell as the Dance Team Coordinator of the Indoor Football's Ontario Warriors. She brings 15 years sports entertainment and management experience.
She began her career in sports as a member of the L.A. Clippers Spirit Dance Team. She furthered her executive career as L.A. Clippers Entertainment Manager  & with the L.A. Lakers Game Operations Team and is currently  Senior Administrator Director at  USC's Keck School of Medicine. Taylor holds an MBA from USC. Mrs. Hooks will oversee all dance teams, assist with game operations and oversee the brand ambassadors.
Taylor resides in Los Angeles with her husband and 2 boys. 

Ms. Lewis has spent a lifetime pursuing her passion for cheerleading, achieving excellence at the state, national, and international levels. She was a member of the elite University of Oregon Cheerleading squad, and a 4-year member of the NBA Portland Trailblazer Dancers. Corine had a distinguished 15-year career as a cheerleading coach and choreographer at the University of Oregon and was an integral part of designing the first ever cheer and dance uniforms for NIKE. Corine has conducted cheerleading camps throughout the US, Europe, and Canada and has served as a Judge for numerous state and national cheerleading competitions. In 1996, Corine was crowned Mrs. Oregon International and later starred in the Comcast Sports reality series “The Making of an Oregon Cheerleader.” Corine has served as a co-host of the talk radio sports show “Hard Hittin Radio” and as an on-field reporter for the Blue Grey All-American Bowl.
In 2024, Corine  released her first book entitled “Smile Chin Up!” She is a mother of two, a fitness devotee, and a strong advocate for woman’s empowerment  

   Mr. Samuelson spent the bulk of his career in investment banking, virtually all of it located in Asia. As an investment banker, he specialized in equity and equity derivatives at both UBS and BNP Paribas. Mr. Samuelson began his career as an analyst and in his final position as a Managing Director, he served as the global head of equity and equity derivatives for both Asia and Japan at BNP Paribas. 

Mr. Samuelson holds a BA from Yale, an MA from the Fletcher School at Tufts, and an MBA in finance from the Wharton School. His professional accreditations include the CFA, FRM, FDP, and CAIA designations

Mr. Eckerson is a 30+ year well respected industry veteran  currently serving as GM Pechanga Arena , San Diego CA. 

Steve began his career at AEG/ASM, the worlds largest producer of live entertainment,   in 2007. Over the past 16+ years Steve has held the title of GM at Citizens Buisness Bank Arena, Mechanics Bank Arena and currently Pechanga Arena. Steve excels at identifying and contracting premier entertainment benefiting his entire region.

 He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Vermont where he was a goalie for the hockey team and now is a member of the University of Vermont Athletic Hall of Fame. Mr. Eckerson resides in San Diego with his family.
